Circular, on a raised spreading base, overall decorated with entwined vari-colored flowerheads and a griffin on turquoise enamel ground, with partly enamelled C-scroll handles, inscribed under the base in Russian 'To Union of Tver's textile mill from A. Popper, 19 April 1898', gilt interior, marked under the base
