In the neoclassical style, each on square base with bellflower festoons and classical urns, the columnar stem with ram's heads, supporting an urn-shaped socket with drapery swags, the detachable branches with leaf-clad scrolling arms, the baluster-form sockets with detachable wax-pans, marked on each base, central socket and wax-pan, the branches and wax-pans marked STERLING; also stamped MADE IN ENGLAND FOR J.E. CALDWELL & CO., PHILA.
