Two mark of William Cafe, London, one 1766, one date letter obscured; two London, 1770, mark WC in rectangle, probably for William Cafe
Each on shaped hexagonal domed bases rising to a knopped stem, cast and chased overall with flowers and swirling scrolls, with leaf-clad sockets and detachable hexagonal wax-pans with similar flowers, bases and wax-pans each engraved with a crest, marked under bases, on sockets, and two wax-pans
