Circa 1891-1920, green printed crown marks, retailer's ribbon for Phillips's Oxford St. London. W. and iron-red pattern no. V1956
The top with a circular 'moonstone' cabochon set within a radiating star-shaped bezel enamelled with a ring of ruby 'gems' against the graduated turquoise 'jewelled' and seeded gold ground, the pink interior powdered in gold
5¼in. (13cm.) diam.
