The shell-shaped dish engraved with accollée arms beneath a coronet, within a cartouche reserved on a continuous seascape with Venus and Neptune seated in chariots drawn by dolphin or hounds attended by putti, on a faceted double knopped stem, the cartouche-shaped foot with foliate scrolls
