A VILLANOVAN BRONZE ARTICULATED HORSE-BIT

Composed of openwork cheekpieces each in the form of a stylized attenuated horse, stylized waterfowl heads join the legs below, linked by two conjoined spirally twisted rods with coiled ends, a bridle attachment rod at each side, two additional link chains suspended below one cheekpiece, repaired with slight restoration
