The crown topped by rosette finial, the front of the helmet with an Alexander the Great type head appliqué, the narrow rear peak with hatched 'rope' border extending around the helmet perimeter, the underside with riveted plate and single attachment ring, the sides pierced for cheekpiece attachments, repaired
