depicting a mother and child seated enthroned on a hillside surrounded by worshipers, within numerous shaped panels reserved with meandering flowers and foliage, outer border with Persian inscriptions -- 13½ x 17 1/8in. (34.3 x 43.5cm.); and another large lacquer binding depicting hunting scenes -- 18 x 13 3/8in. (45.6 x 34cm.). (2)
