A Meissen Gueldre roses or snow ball vase and cover
Circa 1880, marked with underglaze blue crossed swords anf F5i in purple
(Schneeballenblütenvase) gilt and painted in colours, the globular body applied allover with myriads of flowerheads (Gueldre roses), further applied with green branches with perched canaries and ending in ball-shaped blossoms, with long elongated neck, the high domed cover en suite surmounted by a canary
