Circa 1700, probably de Paeuw
After Nevers faïence Bleu Persan examples, the dark blue baluster body enhanced in "fixed white" with freely handled floral decoration, some parts enhanced in yellow, the neck with scrolls, the domed pewter cover connected with a shell thumbpiece to the hatched handle

Dutch Delft 'Bleu Persan' is rather lighter in colour than that used in Nevers, furthermore the Delft painting is generally sharper and thinner in application.
