Openwork vine pattern, the top of the stem with Order of the Black Eagle with Royal Prussian crown above, within a wreath, the reverse with AR in monogram for Empress Augusta, wife of Emperor Wilhelm I, comprising:

This Anglgo-German dessert-service follows the pattern of the dessert-service commissioned from Hossauer for the wedding of Prince Wilhelm, later Emperor Wilhelm I, and Princess Augusta.
