Shaped circular, each with ribbon-tied reeded border, cast and chased at intervals with berried vines, engraved on the reverse with initial W with Royal Prussian crown above, presumably for Crown Prince Wilhelm of Prussia, eldest son of Emperor Wilhelm II, each marked on reverse and engraved with weights

Crown Prince Wilhelm's (1882-1951) wedding to Cecilie Auguste Marie (1886-1954), daughter of Friedrich Franz III, Grand Duke of Mecklenburg-Schwerin, took place in 1905 and it is possible that this and the following six lots formed a part of their wedding-service.
