In the form of a starboard light, wedge-shaped and with slightly domed top applied with ribbon engraved 'STEURBORD', the detachable pierecd cylindrical cover with swing handle, the front with green glazed panel, engraved beneath the base with AV monogram with Royal Prussian crown above for Empress Auguste Viktoria, wife of Emperor Wilhelm II, marked on base, front and cover
