Mark of Henry Stewart Brown, London, 1891, retailed by J. H. Werner of Berlin
Formed as a port light, with globular red glass body with silver cagework mounts and hinged slightly domed cover with ring handle, the cover engraved with WR monogram with Royal Prussian crown above for Emperor Wilhelm II, marked on base, cagework, interior of cover and burner, the associated burner numbered 2, the base filled
3½in. (9cm.) high
