Mark of Gebrüder Friedländer, Berlin, dated 1890, 800 standard
Each with ribbon-tied reeded border, cast and chased at intervals with berried vines, engraved with WR monogram with Royal Prussian crown above for Emperor Wilhelm II, each marked on reverse, also engraved with weights, comprising:
Twelve shaped circular dinner-plates, 10½in. (36.6cm.) diam.
A pair of shaped oval meat-dishes, 21¼in. (54cm.) long
A pair smaller, 17¼in. (44cm.) long
A pair smaller, 14in. (35.5cm.) long
A fluted shaped oval dish, 13¼in. (33.8cm.) long
