Oblong, on four fluted acanthus feet, the reeded ribbon-wrapped stand chased at intervals with fruiting vines, with seven circular rope-twist dividers, the reeded ribbon-wrapped handle cast with foliage and scrolls and acanthus bud finial above a cartouche engraved with WR monogram with Royal Prussian crown above for Emperor Wilhelm II, marked inside stand
