Circa 1900, maker's mark WTB, 800 standard
Tapering cylindrical, pierced with slats and with crimped border and twisted swing handle, each engraved on the handle with WRI monogram with Imperial German crown above for Emperor Wilhelm II, marked on bases, with blue glass liners
