Venice, mid-18th Century
Each with a later shaped rectangular plate in a pierced C-scroll and foliate rocaille frame, with a mirrored rockwork cresting, the apron with a pair of later foliate candle-branches and nozzles, regilt, one cresting plate replaced, one inscribed in black crayon on the reverse '1019 13-11 97' and inscribed in ink 'D', the other inscribed in ink 'C'
