Kangxi
The larger dish enamelled with a floral roundel surrounded by squirrels scurrying among branches of vine, two chicken and a grasshopper perched on a leaf, all below a green dotted border enriched with prunus-heads and leaf-shaped cartouches, rim crack, 28 cm. diam.; and a smaller saucer dish decorated with a bird perched on a peony tree, frittings, 21.5 cm. diam.
