A stucco head of Buddha Shakyamuni and Guanyin
Ming Dynasty
Both modelled with a continuous line running from the arched eyebrows down the aqualine nose, with downcast expression and half smiling full lips, pendulous ears, the Buddha with tightly curled headdress and usnisha, the Guanyin with a diadem centred by the Amitabha, covered in white slip with traces of pink, red and black pigment, some damages and restoration
