Chancery 4° (196 x 134mm). Collation: aa-dd6 (aa1r title, aa1v blank, aa2r text, dd6r colophon, dd6v blank). 24 leaves. 35 lines. Type: 3:180G (title, headings), 7:80G (title, text). 1- to 5-line initial spaces, the first partly filled by a later hand. (Repaired marginal hole in final leaf, some joints discreetly strengthened, some light browning or spotting.) Modern binding reusing vellum account book, lettered in German and dated 1745. Provenance: contemporary inscription on first page.

Although the printed date reads '1499', a copy at Groeningen was bound in 1497. This edition does not contain the Epistola ad Tiberium attributed to Pontius Pilate. HC *14271; BMC I, 291 (IA. 4713); BSB-Ink. A-443; VK 1063; Goff S-114.
