With richly gilt rams' head handles, painted with Trefruir Mill, Wales., named on the base, within a gilt circular cartouche reserved on a gilt trellis-pattern ground with diamond-shaped medallions in blue and gilt and with yellow and pink roses between blue and gilt band borders and rims
