A Coalport two-handled lobed oval tray Circa 1855, iron-red script mark for John Sparks of Worcester
Painted with 'Whitley Court, Worcestershire', titled to the reverse in iron-red script, below a well gilt with scrolls enclosing patterned sections, the turquoise border reserved with flower-sprays in raised gilt scroll cartouches, the thumbpieces moulded in white and gilt with leaves
