Mark of Berendt Christoffersen, Horsens, circa 1700
Cylindrical and on three claw-and-ball feet chased above with flowers and foliate scrolls, the scroll handle with shield-shaped terminal and lion and ball thumbpiece, the hinged slightly domed cover engraved with the initials M.J.S and K.P.D. and the date 1703 within a band of flowers and foliate scrolls, the body engraved with the initials S.M.S.H. and K.J.D.F. and later prick-engraved with inscription, initials and the date 1868, marked on base
