Mark of Hermann Sander, Hanover, circa 1720
Plain circular, each engraved with a coat-of-arms within palm fronds and with electoral bonnet above, between the initials GL, the reverse with GL monogram, each marked on reverse and engraved with scratchweight

The arms are those of Hanover quartering others for George Louis, Elector of Hanover, also King George I of Great Britain (1660-1727) (2)
