An early Steiff 'cone-nosed' teddy bear
with white mohair, black boot button eyes, pronounced muzzle, light brown stitched nose, mouth and claws, swivel head, jointed elongated limbs with felt pads, soft stuffing, hump and tiny blank button in ear --29½in. (75cm.) high, circa 1906 (bald patch on top of muzzle, wear to tips of limbs, some thinning to tops of arms and front, feet pads repaired)
