A shadow-agate snuff bottle
19/20th Century
of rounded square shape, carved in relief and through the honey inclusions with a fisherman in a flowing stream below cloud scrolls, a fish to the underside of the bottle, coral coloured glass stopper -- 2 7/8in. (7.3cm.) high; and another shadow-agate bottle of flattened round shape, carved depicting a tied ribbon design, stopper -- 2 5/8in. (6.6cm.) high, (minor wear).
