Underglaze blue Daoguang seal mark and of the period
the exterior brightly painted with large peony, camelia, orchid and lotus heads within dense foliage festoons, all on an opaque rich mustard-yellow ground, the interior with five iron-red bats in flight -- 6in. (15.2cms) diam.
