A REGENCY MAHOGANY FOUR-PEDESTAL DINING-TABLE
With rounded rectangular reeded top, each of the four sections with a tilt-top on a faceted shaft with hipped cabriole legs and brass paw caps and castors, three leaves, with ivorine label 'M. HARRIS & SONS 44/52 NEW OXFORD ST. LONDON W.C.1.', one pedestal section of the same period and maker but possibly originally a breakfast-table, its top and two further loose leaves associated, the bearers of this pedestal replaced, restorations to the fittings joining the leaves, now with four modern 13" deep rounded end-sections to turn each end pedestal and one central pedestal into a breakfast-table, the castors on three pedestals numbered, thirteen clips
