Featherbanded on the front, the shaped arched cornice above a pair of fielded panelled doors enclosing a fitted interior with small drawers and pigeon-holes, the lower section with a hinged slope enclosing a fitted interior and a red leather-lined writing-surface, above one long, two short and two long drawers, on later bracket feet below a later moulding, four small drawers and one secret drawer replaced, overall restorations to mouldings and veneers, the metalwork replaced
