With nickel finished lever movement, the pale blue guilloché enamel circular dial with rose-cut diamond hands to the white champlevé surround with Roman numerals and florets, enclosed in a square onyx case, with pierced corners and star-set rose-cut diamond detail, circa 1930, in its original Cartier green leather fitted case
