Rectangular box with rounded corners, the cover, sides and base decorated with rectangular panels of wavy horizontal engine-turning forming a pattern of floating minute lozenges, within fluted bands, the lid centred by an oval reserve chased with a garnet-set gold flower vase with ribbon festoons on a matted ground, the frosted borders stamped with husks and stylized flowerheads, the side corners stamped with foliage
