Unused on cover / entire letter 1836 (26 Mar.) original and "duplicate" entire letters from London addressed to Calcutta; the former marked "pr Isabella" and showing red despatch c.d.s. and arrival Ship Letter marking; the latter initialled "S.E.& Co" at top right, rated "6/4" and showing a very fine strike of "CARE OF MR WAGHORN/ALEXANDRIA" h.s. (Type 4; crossed by vertical filing crease) with, on reverse, arrival Ship Letter h.s. and red c.d.s. Both entires affected by purple staining and with some other faults. Photo
