A matched set of twelve mahogany and inlaid dining chairs, including a pair of armchairs

In the Hepplewhite style the shield shaped backs with wheat ear cresting and bellflower ornament with pierced fluted scroll splats centred by oval fan medallions with padded damask seats on moulded square tapered legs joined by H stretchers, some chairs defective with restorations, variations in carving and detail and proportions, piece missing to lower part of one splat other minor losses
