A 19th-Century British mahogany domestic medicine chest,
the double doors fitted with galleries to contain five bottles with stoppers some with paper content labels, the central part divided into a gallery housing four bottles with stoppers with two paper content labels, the lower section drawer with inset brass pull containing glass mortar and pestle and other items, the case with inset brass carrying handle, two escutcheons and key -- 7 7/8 x 9¼in. (19.7 x 23.5cm.)
