Certificate), later issues, Mafeking with Cape values to 1/- on 4d., Bechuanaland Protectorate values, British Bechuanaland plus 1d. Goodyear (2) and 3d. Powell (2) used; also a few Griqualand West. The condition is very mixed as expected. (166)
