A gauge 0 static display model of the L&SWR 2-4-0 locomotive and tender No.31 'Leeds' of circa 1852,
and a rake of four four wheel suburban coaches all with simple external details and finished in the appropriate livery of the period. Display track and removable glazed cover with painted scenic background (some old damage). Measurements overall -- 10 x 37in. (25.5 x 94cm.)

'Leeds' was designed by Joseph Beattie and built at the Nine Elms Works in 1852. Along with five others of the same type they mostly survived until the 1880s.
