Tasting note: Not recently tasted, but on the vest authority I understand that while this wine's deep colour is scardely moving to brickish, the once-tannic palate has softendd, taking on richness. ""Our daughter was born in 1988, and we have bottles in our cellar, but I am not touching them,"" says Jean-Luc Pepin, commercial director of the Domaine. Nevertheless, this wine can now be seved with pleasure, though it benefits from 2 hours in decanter. A.H. May 2002
