A Minton sage-green-ground pâte-sur-pâte tapering cylindrical vase
Circa 1900, gilt crowned globe mark, impressed mark
Decorated by Alboin Birks with a vignette of Venus and Cupid firing an arrow, incised signiature, the reverse with two arrows in a heart in the centre of a target suspended from a bow, between gilt bands and lines, the shoulder gilt with a scale pattern section, the rim with a broad gilt band with raised flower-head and fretted ornament (very light rubbing to gilding and some minor scratching)
