Circa 1885, printed Portland vase and upper case marks in blue and iron red, impressed upper case marks, pattern x962 in gilding
Painted in loose style with specimen wild flower-sprays and grasses, within gilt dot and etched key pattern wells, the white and gilt octagonal rims moulded to simulate tied reeds, comprising:
Two high comports
Four low comports
Twelve plates
(some minor rubbing to gilding throughout)
