A pair of Paris (Jacob Petit) green-ground two-handled baluster vases and stands
Circa 1840, JP monograms in blue
With elaborate pierced leaf-moulded handles, each painted with birds amongst flowers and scattered raised gilt flowers, within white and gilt scroll-moulded sections, with shells to the lower part, between further sprays of flowers, with a waved rim and foot, the shaped rectangular section stands with white and gilt leaf-moulded scroll feet (one restored to base, some rubbing to gilding)
