A Dresden large centrepiece
Circa 1880, imitation blue crossed swords and star mark
In three sections, the central section with a gallant and two companions in flowered clothes, each with their right arm up-stretched and holding a large garland of flowers, standing on a shaped triangular grassy mound base with their backs to a large central palm-tree with turquoise and gilt foliage, the upper foliage forming the exterior of the pierced quatrefoil basket upper section, a garland of flowers tied with blue and pink ribbons below the rim, the interior with flower-sprays, the waisted shaped triangular base applied with a continuous garland of flowers and on three foliage scroll feet enriched with gilding (some minor damages and restorations, chipping to extremities)
