Circa 1880, blue crossed swords and cancellation mark, incised f.74., iron-red 17, the decoration outside the factory
After an original by M.V. Acier, known as 'Lessons in Love', with cupid leafing through an open book on a festooned marble plinth, a lady in a macaroni wig and claret coat and flowered dress behind him, amongst five figures of women and children on a rocky mound base (some losses and minor damages, extending crack to base)
