Circa 1880, blue crossed swords mark, incised 1770, Pressnummer 97
Emblematic of the Senses, modelled with five scantilly-clad putti, one emblematic of Sight, standing on a mound holding a telescope to his eye, a pair of lornettes in his hand, the other four seated and standing around him, Sound holding a bell and a pipe, Smell holding a rose from a basket of flowers to his side to his nose, Touch being pecked on the face by a parrot perched on his hand, and Taste resting a knife against his face, a cut apple in his hand, and a bowl of apples to his side, on shaped oval scroll-moulded base (minor restoration)
