Circa 1880, blue crossed swords mark, incised F.74, Pressnummer 96, painted numeral 2. in iron-red
After an original by M.V. Acier, known as 'Lessons in Love', with Cupid leafing through an open book on a festooned marble plinth, a lady in a macaroni wig and claret coat and flowered dress behind him, amongst five figures of women and children on a rocky mound base (some chipping to the extremities and crack to base)
