Unused on cover / entire letter 1866 and 1870 envelopes, the first (without adhesive) to Portugal via Suez, showing almost complete red framed "GOA/P.P." on reverse (small portion missing where flap was torn away) and black framed "POR ALEXANDRIA" on front, the second item to Damaun bearing East India ½a. tied by black rhomboid of bars with purple framed "GOA" d.s. (date inserted in manuscript) alongside, somewhat discoloured and roughly opened just affecting strike, otherwise fine. Scarce
