Hellenistic Period, Circa 2nd Century B.C.
Perhaps from Centuripe, Sicily, depicted wearing a chiton, her body twisting spirally to her right, her head thrown back and turned sharply to her right, her left leg raised behind her, her arms positioned out before her, her red-painted hair tied in a chignon, her chiton preserving blue and pink stripes, on a reel-shaped base perhaps original to the figure
