THREE GREEK TERRACOTTA FIGURES
Hellenistic Period, Circa 3rd Century B.C.
Including a figure of a warrior in a corslet and short chiton, perhaps originally attached to a vessel; a Canosan rider, depicted nude but for a blue chlamys pinned on his right shoulder and draped over his left shoulder and arm, his lowered right hand perforated for attachment of the reins, preserving extensive traces of pigment; and a female dancer, her body wrapped in a himation, her right leg raised, her right hand at her chin, on a square plinth, preserving traces of polychromy
