TWO DAUNIAN POTTERY FUNNEL-KRATERS
Northern Apulia, Circa 4th Century B.C.
One with a globular body and funnel-shaped mouth, a stylized animal head on the shoulders between the vertical handles, with red, black and brown geometric ornament on a white ground; and one of similar form, the mouth missing, with hand protomai between the vertical handles, and red, black and brown geometric ornament on a white ground
