The tondo with the head of a woman in profile to the left, her hair bound in a sakkos, framed by a band of rosettes alternating with rays and enclosed by a band of laurel and berries in added white; one side of the exterior with a nude Eros seated on his mantle, his wings outstretched, a phiale in one hand and a wreath in the other, the other side with a draped woman seated on rocks, holding a cista in one hand and a wreath in the other, a band of wave below, palmette complexes below the handles, bead-and-reel on the rim, rosettes on the handle knobs
